Performs all functions of pharmaceutical care required of a staff pharmacist. Performs and supervises computer data entry related to patient profile. Monitors all medication dispensing for accuracy. supervises filling of all prescriptions and provides appropriate patient counseling. Collects and analyzes data for process improvement projects. Maintains competencies in federal and state regulations related to pharmacy practice. Responsible for one long-term project involving all the retail pharmacies sharing information, updates, processes with all retail pharmacy partners. Performs other duties as assigned.
